Middle-aged white men finally end Spanish-American War
From the same people who brought us a possible peace treaty with North Korea, to end more than 50 years of intermittent hostilities there, now comes the end of an even older war!
We’ve been paying a luxury tax on our telephone use for 108 years, because of the Spanish-American War. You know, Hearst and the Rough Riders. That one. But not anymore. At least some middle-aged white men thought of the great-great-great-great grandchildren.
